- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tbsp ghee or butter
- as required For garnishing coriander
Instructions to make to make Matar paneer kofta
- For kofta first grind boiled matar,green chilli in mixture, transfer it in another plate,add grated panner and cheese,cumin seeds powder, salt,ginger paste and corn flour,and make dough



- Make balls and coated in corn flour,refrigerate it for 10 minutes



- And fry kofta after 10 minutes

- For gravy heat 1 tbsp butter,add chopped onion, tomato, cashew nuts, green chilli, Kashmiri red chilly,1 tsp red chilli powder, garlic pods and salt taste and saute for 2-3 minute

- Cool it at room temperature and grind it into mixture

- Now heat butter in wok,add whole garam masala,add red chili powder and gravy and mix it well,add coriander powder, turmeric powder,salt to taste add 1/2 glass of water and cook for a minute,now turn off gas



- Now place koftas in the plate,add gravy,and garnish with coriander leaves
