I have never tried bread pocket recipe before but thanks to cookpad I made this yummy snack recipe today and it was hit in our family everyone's liked it so much Allhumdulillah😍❤️

  2. 1 TSP maida/atta dissolved in 2 TSP water
  3. For filling
  4. 2 tbsp oil
  5. 1 cup chicken reesha(I used leftover chicken)
  6. 1 gajar(finely chopped)
  7. 1 Shimla mirch (finely chopped)
  8. Half small baan gobhi(finely chopped)
  9. 1 TSP salt/to taste
  10. 1 TSP kuti laal mirch
  11. 1 TSP Kali mirch powder
  12. 1 TSP chicken powder
  13. 1/4 TSP mixed herbs (optional)
  14. 1 TSP soya sauce
  15. 1 TSP vinegar
  16. 1 TSP chili sauce
  17. 1/2 pyaz finely chopped
  18. 1/2 TSP adrak lehson paste
  19. 1 boil egg(finely chopped)
  20. 1 tbsp ketchup
  21. 1 peice mozzarella cheese (optional)
  22. For coating
  23. 1 egg
  24. Pinch salt
  25. Pinch black pepper powder
  26. Bread crumbs as required
  27. Oil for frying

Steps to make to make Bread pocket

  1. Firstly prepare filling for bread pocket take a pan add oil and adrak lesson paste saute for few second then add finely chopped onion again saute until onion become translucent in color
  2. Now add carrots, Shimla mirch and band gobhi fry for few second also add chicken reesha
  3. Now add all the spices and also add sauces and mix well
  4. Now add some water in this mixture and cover lid of pan for 5-10 minutes or when all Vegas cooked well
  5. Yummy filling is ready then cool this mixture in room temperature after that add ketchup and boil egg and also mozzarella cheese mix well
  6. Now start making bread pocket take fresh bread slices remove sides and rolling up the bread
  7. Apply prepare atta paste on all sides of bread slice and take some prepare filling mixture on bread and fold the other side of bread
  8. Prepare all the bread pocket with same method
  9. Then start coating it first in egg mixture then in bread crumbs coated all the bread pockets well and take this in fridge for 15 minutes
  10. And then deep fry this
