- Make a batter using maida, cornflour mentioned for the batter, and salt. The batter must not be too watery or too thick. Marinate the paneer in this batter.
- Keep all the items mentioned above aside, and fry the paneer.
Tip: For crispy paneer, coat it with cornflour (1 tbsp)

- Now, heat 2-3 tbspns of oil. Add the chopped red chilies, garlic, and ginger until it gives out a fine aroma.

- Add in the sliced onions and chilies. Saute well.

- Once the onions turn translucent, add the soya sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes.

- Add chilli sauce and tomato sauce to this and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Now, add the corn flour slurry to this. You may add sugar if the spice is too much.


- Now, add the fried paneer to this mixture and toss them completely in the sauce.

- Garnish your paneer with celery, spring onions, and white sesame seeds.
