Instructions to make to make Chilli Paneer
- In a small bowl, add maida, corn flour, red chilli powder, salt, black pepper powder, paneer cubes, 2-4 tbsp of water and mix. Heat some oil in a pan on medium flame. Shallow fry these marinated paneer on medium low flame. Flip them when they turn golden in color. Once done, transfer these to plate.



- Heat some oil in pan on medium low flame. Add onion cubes, chopped onions, garlic, capsicum, chilli flakes, salt, red chilli powder, black pepper and mix.



- Stir and then add tomato ketchup, soy sauce, oregano, 1 tsp corn flour + 2 tsp water and mix. Let it cook for few seconds on low flame and stir.



- Add cooked paneer cubes to this sauce. Add half tsp of sugar and mix well. Turn off the flame.

- Serve hot chilli paneer with fried rice. Enjoy! 🥰
