  1. Cut paneer in cubes and deep fry them in hot oil and immediately dip in cold water.
  2. Heat oil and add whole species as mentioned above. Add finely chopped onions and saute well. Cook until they are translucent. Then finely chopped tomatoes. Let them cook together for a while. Add dry red chillies, cashew nuts, melon seeds
