- 4 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp chilli sauce
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
Instructions to make to make Paneer pizza
- Mix all ingredients with wheat flour and knead dough with curd. Cover dough with wet cloth and keep it aside for 15 to 20 minutes

- Take kadhai, add salt at the bottom and keep one steel stand. Preheat it for 10 minutes at high flame.


- Take dough and make 4 equal balls of it. Roll it with rolling pin and make holes with fork and keep it on plate which we can keep in kadhai. Bake it for 10 minutes from one side and 5 minutes from other side. Base will be ready.


- Take curd in one bowl. Add red chilli powder, garam masala, salt and oil to it. Mix it well. Add paneer cubes to it and marinate it well. Keep it for 10 minutes. Then take kadhai, add this marinated paneer to it and let all marination be dry.


- Take tawa and keep pizza base on it. spread pizza sauce on it. Keep paneer cubes, chopped onion, chopped capsicum and grated cheese. Close the lid and cook it till cheese melts. Paneer pizza is ready to serve.
