  8. 1/2 tsp Chat masala

  11. 2 tsp Corn starch
  12. 1/4 tsp Salt
  13. For preparation of masala
  14. 1 Large onion squarely cut in 1 inch size
  15. 1 Medium green capsicum cut like onion
  16. 2 tsp Chopped garlic
  17. 2 green chillies silt length wise
  18. 1 tsp Red chilli sauce
  19. 1 tsp Soya sauce
  20. 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
  21. 1/3 tsp Garam masala
  22. As required Oil to fry and cook

Instructions to make to make Paneer Chilli

  1. Mix all the ingredients of Paneer marination nicely and keep covered for 30 mins.
  2. Take a nonstick pan. Heat oil. Shallow fry the marinated paneer cubes from all the 4 sides till golden brown in low medium flame.
  3. Remove paneer from the pan. To the same oil add chopped garlic and green chilli.Fry for 1 min.
  4. Add chopped onion and capsicum. Again fry for 1 min.
  5. Add all sauces, masalas, paneer and salt.

    Mix nicely and cook for 1 min to keep the crunchiness intact.
  6. P.S : Make sure to check salt added as we have used to marinade paneer also. Soy sauce also has salt.
