When oil is hot enough to fry, then fry the cubed paneer until it turns golden brown, I recommed putting the cubed into cornflour before frying it to get that crispy texture. Now take another pan put few table spoon of oil and put the chopped garlic and ginger.
  3. Add the cubed onion into the pan. Saute them for a minute. Now add some capsicum salt along with tomato ketchup, vinegar, chilli sauce and soya sauce. Let the vegetables cook for 2-3 minutes on a medium flame. Now add thr fried paneer cubes and give it a toss until it gets coated with sauce. Garnish with coriander leaves.
