- First prepare cornflour water mixture for dipping take one bowl add cornflour, water and salt mix it well batter consitency should be not very thick not watery
- Heat the oil in kadai dips the paneer cubes in a cornflour mixture then fry the paneer cubes till golden brown
- Then remove remaining oil from the pan use same pan for making paneer chilli
- Then in same pan add oil add garlic and ginger saute for 10 sec
- Then add onion saute till light brown in a high flame after that add green chilli, chopped cabbage, carrot stir fry for 2 min
- Then add capsicum stir fry for 30 sec
- Then add all sauce and paneer chilli masala,add 1/4 cup water then mix it well
- After that add fried paneer, little bit salt as per taste mix it well cook for 30 sec in high flame
- Then garnish with chopped spring onion leaves
- Serve paneer chilli as a starter
