  1. 200 grams Cubed paneer
  2. 1/2 cup Cubed onion
  3. 1/2 cup Cubed deseeded tomato
  4. 1/2 cup Cubed Capsicum
  5. For marinating :-
  6. 1/2 cup Hung curd
  7. 2 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  8. 1 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  9. 1 pinch Turmeric powder
  10. 1 tsp Tandoori masala
  11. 1 tsp Garam masala
  12. 2 tsp Kasuri methi powder
  13. 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  14. Salt - As required
  15. 1 tbsp Mustard oil
  16. For gravy :-
  17. 1/2 cup Chopped onion
  18. 1/2 cup Chopped tomato
  19. 1 tbsp Cashew paste
  20. 1 tsp Garlic paste
  21. 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  22. 1 tsp Cumin powder
  23. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  24. 1/4 cup Liquid milk
  25. 1/2 tsp Kasuri methi powder
  26. 1/2 cup Fresh cream
  27. Salt - As required
  28. 4 tbsp Refined oil
  29. 1 tbsp Butter

Steps to make to make Paneer Tikka Masala:-

  1. Combine the all ingredients for the marinate and whisk well.
  2. Add paneer cubes, onion cubes, tomato cubes and capsicum cubes
  3. Keep aside for 1 hour.
  4. Thread the marinated paneer, onion, tomato, capsicum cubes onto skewers.
  5. Heat oil on a tawa and place the skewers on it.
  6. Fry until both the sides are brown.
    Heat oil in a pan.
  7. Add chopped onion and saute till browned.
  8. Add chopped tomato till it becomes tender and pulpy.
  9. Add garlic paste, cashew paste, salt, Cumin-coriander-red chilli powder, cook till the oil separates.
  10. Add kasuri methi powder, garam masala, milk and cream and cook for sometime.
  11. Add paneer-onion-tomato-capsicum cubes and stir gently.
  12. Add butter before serving.
