- Heat the ghee, add cumin, asafoetida and the bay leaves. When the seeds begin to splutter, add tomato puree and stir-fry till the oil separates.
- Add the khoya, cashewnut powder, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala, chilli powder and the coriander, stir-fry till the oil separates.
- Add the chholia (Green chana)and paneer and the green chillies and sauté over high flame till the vegetables look glossy
- Add 2 cups of water bring to a boil and simmer, covered for about 10 minutes. Add the cream and kasoori methi. Serve hot, garnished with coriander leaves.
